Arms 12/25/2025

It’s Christmas morning, and I managed to squeeze in a pumping arm workout! Today’s mission was to get some blood flowing into my arms and joints. Since I’ve got some tendonitis in my right elbow, I wanted to focus on higher reps and lighter weights. The extra volume felt fantastic. Here’s the workout breakdown.

  • Machine dips: 3 sets
  • EZ Pushdowns: 3 sets.
  • EZ OH ext: 3 set.
  • Seated true curls: 3 sets.
  • Plate curls: 3 sets.
  • True preacher curls: 3 sets.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

Not bad and it felt good for my elbow.

My weight this morning was 189.6 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,471.
