Back 12/8/2025
Today was a solo back workout. I added some bi and tri work sicne tomorrow is legs with Derek.
- Superset: Chest supported DB rows + Cable Pullovers:3 sets to failure.
- Cable Unliteral pulldowns: 3 sets to failure. The sretch on thsee wss amazing.
- Assisted neutral grip pullups: 3 sets to failure in the 10 to 12 rep range.
- Seated wide grip cable row: 3 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, and jumping 3 sets.
- I added 2 or 3 sets of pushdowns and seated true rows since tomorrow starts the 4 day split with Derek.
- Elliptical for 25 minutes.
This was a little longer but the pump felt great and I sure enjoyed the work.
My weight this morning was 188.5 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 11,209.
