Legs 12/9/2025

It was legs with Derek today. We focused on Quads. Here is the workokut.

  • Hack squats: 3 sets to failure.
  • Leg press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Leg extensions + sissy quqads: 3 set to failure.
  • Lying leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: Calves, Abs and adductors for 3 sets.
  • elliptical 10 minutes

what a great workout .. and I am going to be very sore.

My weight this morning was 189.0 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 16,708.
