Arms 5/11/2025

I enjoyed the short but effective arm workout today. The workout follows:

  • Cable crossing pushdowns: 3 sets to failure+. I love this exercise.
  • True machine pushdown; 2 sets to failure+. The second set was a double dropset.
  • Rope OH Tri extensions: 2 sets to failure+.
  • EZ Bar pushdown: 2 sets to failure+.
  • True machine curls: 2 sets to failure+.
  • True precher curls: 2 sets to failure+.
  • Alternating DB Curls: 3 sets to failure+. I went lighter and focused more on the squeeze at the top for thse sets.
  • EZ bar cable curl: 2 sets to failure+. The second set was a dropset.
  • Sled HIIT / Sprints: 10 minutes / 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 13 minutes.

Yes, the pump was amazing and I fell great today. I didn't do any myoreps today .. felt I needed to let my CNS recover for legs tomorrow.

My food intake yesterday:

  • Pre-workout I had a servings of yogurt with a scoop of protein. Post workout I added a second serving of yogurt, no added protein.
  • Meal 1 10 oz of ground bison / beef mix, 0.4 oz of bison liver, 0.5 oz of oysters, a can of sardines, 4 eggs and a square of dark chocolate.
  • Meal 2 was 10 oz of grond bison, 4 eggs and a slice of cheese.
  • Meal 3 was a mothers day steak wiht muy 2nd son and his family. Teresa is a great mother and we are celebrating this weekned. I just had the steak.
  • About 2.5 hours before going to bed I had a double serviing of yogurt and a scoop of protien (a double serving).

My weight this morning was 184.4. I got 14,452 steps yesterday.
