Chest & Shoulders 7/19/2025

It was a 'shock and awe' type of workout today. We blasted chest from vearious angles, then shoulders .. result: Amazing pump and crushed chest & shoulders.

Here's the details:

  • Incline chest machine (neutral grip): 2 sets to failure with partials to finish it off.
  • Low inclinde DB Press: 2 sets to failure with partials. These were deep stretch and hard squeeze type of sets.
  • Incline chest press: 3 sets to failure with partials. This felt amazing.
  • Standing cable fly: 3 sets to failure with partials. Set 3 was a superset to pressing reps to failure.
  • Hammer machine OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • True machine side laterals: 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

Great workokut and amazing pump.

I am not going to track macros for a while. I have upped my fats, sllighly lowered my protein and added more carbs aroumd my workout .. I will watch this for a couple of months and finish up with a blood test.

My body weight this morning was 185.6 and total fat was 14.9 pounds.

My step count yesterday was 15,678.
