Back & Rear Delts 7/20/2025

Another back workout is in the books. The details follow:

  • Pull down: 3 sets to failure. The last set was slower, squeezing reps but all to failure with some pumping partials. Wow, these were great.
  • Unilateral low row: 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • Asssited Pull-ups: 3 sets to failure. I used a neutral grip on the 3rd set.
  • High Row: 2 sets to failure with partials then I did another set as a superset with cable pullovers.
  • Superset: Reverse crossing cable fly and rev pec deck. 2 sets.
  • A giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Sled sprints: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 10 minutes.

The result: one great pump in the back and rear delts.

My weight this morning was 185.0 and total fat was 14.8 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 13,211
