Arms 7/21/2025

I didn't get great sleep last night but once I killed a couple sets I felt pumped and ready to win the day. Here is the details:

  • Rope OH Tricep extensions. 3 sets to failure with a couple of partials. This felt super good as a starter today.
  • True DIP machine: 3 sets to failure. I tried to get a partial or two but didn't have much left after the last exercise.
  • Ez bar pushdowns. 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable curls: 3 sets to failure with a few pumping partils.
  • Precher curls (True): 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • Myo Rep superset: 5 sets of each with 30 secons of rest between each superset. What a pump.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Elliptical 21 minutes.

Don't give up on a workout .. this is the one time when I do chase a pump.

My weight this morning was 183.5 and total fat was 14.7 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 14,473.
