Back & Rear Delts 7/24/2025

I really love back day. My favorite workout is legs, but back is right up there. The pump was great and I was making good connection with my back. The details follow:

  • Unilateral cable high rows: 2 sets to failure.
  • Bilateral cable high rows: 2 sets to failure. This felt amazing today.
  • Chest supported DB rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wide Grip pull-downs: 3 sets to failure with partials and forced reps on the last set.
  • True seated row: 3 sets to failure with a drop on the last set.
  • Reverse crossing cable fly 2 sets to failure.
  • Reverse pecdeck fly: 2 sets to failure.
  • A giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Sled sprints: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 10 minutes.

Love how this workout felt. I was able to keep it heavy for most sets and still get a few squeezing reps when it mattered.

My weight this morning was 184.0 and total fat was 16.6 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,353
