Legs 7/26/2025
This leg workout was less crazy, heavy stuff but the resulting pump was every bit as intense. We did some pre-exhaust to start and then moved to heavy leg pressing .. but let's just get to the numbers:
- Leg extensions: 3 sets to failure with partials. This felt great and the pump was real.
- Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure with pumping partials.
- Hack Squats: 2 sets to near failure.
- Leg Press: This was heavy and intense. I reached a PR too .. and was totally gassed.
- Seated leg curls: 1 set.
- Superset: Seated leg curls + good mornings. I didn't go super heavy on the Good-mornings. 95 on set 1 for about 13, then 135 for 9. This superset was great.
- Giant set: Abs, calves and heavy adductors: 3 sets.
This was not as draining as the last leg workkout but the pump was every bit as good.
My weight this morning was 185.4 and total fat was 16.7 pounds.
Steps yesterday: 14,284.
