Back & Rear Delts 7/28/2025

The volume was a little higher today with some supersets and other intensifiers. I love how my back was feeling… great pump. The details follow:

  • Superset: DB Pullover and cable pullover. 3 sets of this awesome superset.
  • Wide grip pulldown: 2 sets to failure with partials.
  • Superset: Wide grip pulldown and bilateral cable high row. This superset was great.
  • Seated cable row: 3 sets to failure. I added some partials but I didn't have muhc left.
  • High Row Machine: 3 sets to failure with a drop on the last set. This finihsed my back .. wow.
  • Reverse crossing cable fly: 3 sets True seated row: 3 sets to failure with a drop on the last set.
  • Reverse crossing cable fly 2 sets to failure.
  • superset reverse cable fly and Reberse pec deck: 1 set.
  • A giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Sled sprints: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 12 minutes.

The pump from this was incredible. This volume felt super good.

My weight this morning was 184.4 and total fat was 16.6 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 12,635.
