Arms 7/29/2025

Today was an arm day ... tha means it's arm pump day. I will just jump right to the details:

  • Dip machine: 3 sets to failure. I used a weight that kept me in the 8 to 10 range for the first 2 sets, then lowered it to get a few more reps on the last set.
  • EZ Bar OH Cable extensions: 3 sets to failure with a few partials after I could not preform full reps. I switched to the rope for the 3rd set.
  • Cable pushdowns. 3 sets to failure. I used the EZ bar for the 1st and 2nd set. Set 3 was a drop set with the rope.
  • EZ bar curls: 3 sets to failure with a few pumping partils.
  • True Curls: 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • Unilateral spider curls: 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.

The pump was amazing .. but that is normal these days. I have been using a homemade preworkout. That includes: L-Citrulline (malate) Beta Alanine, L-Arginine, Creatine, Arginine AKG, Glycine, Alpha GPC, and Agmatine Sulfate. I was using this mix to try and increase my NO2 levels but it has not been successful. I think it helps with my pump but I plan to try some beet root powder next week.

My weight this morning was 184.6 and total fat was 16.6 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 15,528.
