Legs 7/30/2025

Another crazy leg workout with extra squating. I guess I will just get to the numbers:

  • Front Squats: 2 sets to form breakdown. I didn't do a lot of reps but went to the heavier side (for me) and kept the reps in the 6 to 8 range. I had more left for quads but my form broke down on both sets. I need more practice.
  • Smith squats: 2 sets. I was going for 20 reps on both sets but failed at aroudn 15 to 16.
  • Leg Extensions: 2 sets to failure with partials.
  • Seated leg curls: 2 set, both to failure but the second turned into a drop set.
  • Superset: Abs & calves 3 sets.
  • Heavy adductors: 3 sets to failure.

What a super great workout. My quads were shot and hams felt well worked.

My weight this morning was 184.9 and total fat was 16.6 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 20,412.
