Chest & Shoulders 7/31/2025

Super good workout today. I could really feel the stretch on the Pec Deck today. It was amazing. I don't think I could have gotten more of a pump.

Here's the workout details:

  • Low incline smith press: 3 sets to failure. I really tried to get as low as possible to creat a deep strech. It felt great and heavy.
  • Incline DB Press: 3 sets to failure. I increased the incline 1 step over what I used for the smith machine. My weight here was up compared to the last time I used DBs.
  • Pec Deck: 2 sets to failure with a partial or two. I set the pin extra low to get a super stretch. Wow .. that was tough.
  • Supersets: Same setup on pec deck + True seated bench.
  • True machine slide laterals: 3 sets to failure with as many partials as I could get.
  • Smith OH Press (True): 3 eets.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

This was an amazing workout. I felt it deep in the muscles. I love it.

My body weight this morning was 184.9.

My step count yesterday was 16,581.
