Chest & Shoulders 8/14/2025

Wow, I slept about 1 hour longer than normal last night. I was feeling off from the lawn work in the heat yuesterday. I still finished a great workout and had a great pump. I will just get right to the numbers:

  • Incline, neutral grip bench: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated hammer press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Standing cable fly: 3 sets to failure with partials. I moved to a press on the last set after failure on the fly (last set only).
  • Pec deck: 3 sets to failure. I added a set of seated true presses as a superset for the last set.
  • Hammer OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • True machine slide laterals: 3 sets to failure with as many partials as I could get.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps over 10 minutes.
  • Elliptical for 12 minutes.

I moved a bit too fast .. meaning I don't think I was resting as much between sets today.

My body weight this morning was 184.1

My step count yesterday was 21,991.
