Back & Rear Delts
It was a back and rear delt workout today. The volume was perfect and got a great pump. Here's todays workout:
- Cable high rows: 4 sets, 3 to failure.
- Cable low rows (rope): 3 sets to failure.
- Chest supported t-bar rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Hammer high rows: 3 sets to failure.
- Lying rope facepulls: 3 sets to failure.
- Pec deck rear fly: 3 sets to failure.
- A giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
- Elliptical for 21 minutes.
This was some new stuff today so it took me some extra warmps to get the movement right. Overall the stretch was amazing and so was the contraction.
My weight this morning was 185.4.
Total steps yesterday was 16,666.
