Arms 8/16/2025

I had another great arm day. The pump was amazing. Here are the workout details:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure. I took the weight up to high on set 2 and turned it into a drop set. Great starter.
  • Rope pushdowns: 3 sets to failure. The pump was gold.
  • OH Tri extensions with the EZ bar: 3 sets to failure and a drop on the last set.
  • Seated DB curls: I used the curved bench to help with position me for a deep stretch. It does not take much weight on these. Wow.
  • Unilateral cable curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • True seated curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop on the last set.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 10 minutes.

This sure created a great pump.

My weight this morning was 185.1.

Total steps yesterday was 17,390.
