Legs 8/5/2025

By our normal standards this was a chill workout. I stil pushed a little more weight but the volume was lower. I returned from a short tip to visit with family where I didn't lift and use the trip to deload and let my body recover. Today was a good day back. Here is the workout:

  • Leg Extensions: 3 sets to failure with partials.
  • Seated leg curls: 3 set to failure.
  • Hack squats: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Abs & calves 3 sets.
  • Adductors: 3 sets to failure.

This felt good for the first day back. Tomorrow is chest and I plan to kill it.

My weight this morning was 184.5 and total fat was 14.8 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 11,090 - a travel day with a very long flight.
