I had good intensity today but totally forgot to do rear delts. I'll get them next time .. or I may add a couple sets tomorrow. Other than that this was a great workout. Here's todays workout:

  • Pull down: 3 sets to failure.
  • Chest supported DB rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Cable high pulls + cable pullovers.
  • Chest supported, wide grip t-bar row: 2 sets to failure.
  • Neutral grip pullups: 2 sets
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

This was a great workout. The pump was intense. The intensity was great and we pushed each other hard.

My weight this morning was 186.2 and my total fat was 16.8 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 15,897.
