Arms 9/2/2025

I didn't sleep well but that was my fault. We hiked late yesterday with the family and I guess I was hot and my sleep was not great. It was a workout with Derek so that pushed me .. and I did get a great pump. Let's just get to the workout:

  • True machine dips: 3 sets to failure. Get this, I hit a PR today.
  • EZ OH extensions: 3 sets to failure. These were heavy and felt amazing.
  • EZ Pushdown: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Rope hammer curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated DB curls: 3 sets to failure with focus on the stretch.
  • Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
  • Wrist roller for 3 sets.
  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 10 minutes.

Considering how tried I was this was really a good workout. I'll take it.

My weight this morning was 186.3 and total fat was 16.8 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 26,337. That was nuts.
