Legs 9/3/2025
Today Derek and I started with hamstrings before killing quads. We destroyed both sides of the legs. Here is the workout:
- RDLs: 3 heavy sets .. 1 RIR. The weight sequence was 275, 295 then 315. Reps did drop off as the weight increased.
- Lying leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
- Seated leg curls; 2 set to failure.
- Leg press: 2 sets. I started with a strigh set with a weight that pushed me to get 10 reps. For the second set I used a weight that was in the 5 rep range, did 4, stripped of 45, repeat, then dropped 45 for 4 more, dropped another 45 and went to failure. That was amazing. - Super set: Leg extensions + Sissy squats to failure for 2 sets.
- Superset of Abs, calves: 3 sets each.
- Adductors: 3 sets.
That was amazing .. and the pump was crazy. Chest tomororw .. buckle up.
My weight this morning was 186 pounds and total fat was 16.5 pounds.
Steps yesterday: 16,948.
