Back & Rear Delts 9/15/2025

Great solo workout today. I started this workout a little different by hitting the trapbar for 3 sets of deadlifts. It has been a while but I sure enjoyed it. Here is the details for the full workout:

  • Trapbar deadlift: 3 sets of 5 .. just enough to feel the movment.
  • Chest supported rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer high rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
  • Chest supported reverse fly: 3 set.
  • Pec Deck reverse fly: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

Great workout and a great pump. The deadlift didn't generate a pump but sure felt good.

My weight this morning was 188.6 with 17 pounds of total fat.

Total steps yesterday was 14,308.
