Arms 9/16/2025
It was an intense arm workkout for us today. Here is the workout:
- True Machine Dips: 3 sets to failure and I hit a PR on this.
- EZ bar pushdowns: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ OH extensions: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ bar curl: 3 sets to failure.
- Hammer preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Unilateral cable preacher: 3 sets to failure.
- Wrist cruls, both directions for 3 sets.
- Wrist roller for 3 sets.
- Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 10 minutes.
I didn't include it above but I added in sereral sets for rear delts between bicep exercies. I used cables and the Pec Deck. The extra volume sure genrated an a great delt pump to go with the armp pump.
My weight this morning was 189.3 and total bodyfat was 17 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 17,04.
