Legs 9/17/2025

It was another killer leg lift. My legs are shot so I'll just jump into the detials;

  • Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Standing leg curls, unilateral: 3 sets to failure.
  • Front squats: 3 sets near failure. I have not done these for a couple weeks and I could tell. This is one I have to do often to keep the form and skill.
  • Superset: Leg extensions + sissy squats: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset of Abs and calves: 3 sets.
  • Adductors: 3 sets to failure.

Wow, what a killer workout. I am going to feel this for a couple days. What a workout.

My weight this morning was 188.6 and total fat of 17 pounds.

Steps yesterday: 16,191.
