Chest & Shoulders 9/18/2025
I always enjoy a chest workout with Derek. He pushes me and I love how the chest and shoulder pump feels. Today was no exception. The workout:
- Incline smith bench: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated cable bench, neural grip: 3 sets to failure.
- Pec Deck: 3 sets sets to failure with a focus on the deep stretch.
- Superset: Cable fly and true press> 1 sets to failure.
- True OH Press: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: True side laterals + reverse cable fly 4 sets to failure.
- Elliptical for 20 minutes.
What a great pump. I think the shoulder pump was even better than the chest pump.
My body weight this morning was 187.7 and total fat was 16.9 pounds.
My step count yesterday was 15,770.
