Back & Rear Delts 9/5/2025

Super good intensity today. We did 12 sets for back and 4 for rear delts .. and got a great pump. This is what it looked like:

  • Hammer high row: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: True Pull down + cabke pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Assisted Pullups: 3 sets to failure. I did switch to a neutral grip for the last set.
  • True seated row. 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable reverse fly: 4 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes and jumping. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 21 minutes.

I have a cold so that needs to go away. I still got a great pump and felt strong and motivated for this workout.

My weight this morning was 186.2 and my total fat was 16.8 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,130.
