Legs 9/8/2025

Today was a solo leg day. I am still not 100% and found my energy levels were a little off. Even with that I still completed a good workout. Here is the workout details:

  • I went back and forth between front squats and RDLS for the first 2 exercises, 2 sets of squats and 3 sets of RDLs. I didn't go to failure on these but pushed to about 2 RIR.
  • I used the same alternating stategy for Hack squats and lying leg curls. 2 sets of each and closer to failure on both.
  • I finished up hams and quads by superseting Seated leg curls and leg extensions for 2 sets each. On the second set of extensions I added a set of sissy squats.
  • Giant set of Abs, calves and adductors: 3 sets each.

This was good even with a little less intensity I still got a great pump and feel sore.

My weight this morning was 187.9 pounds. I was about 10% but holding some water.

Steps yesterday: 19,974.
