I didn't post my last few workouts. I did all of them but did take off on Wedneday due to a family emergency. Things are ok now and todasy was back day. Here is my workout:
- Cable high row: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: DB chest supported rows + cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
- Pull down: 3 sets to failure. 1 set wide, 2 sets neutral, narrow.
- Seated cable row: 3 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, KOT, Jumpping and read delts: 3 sets.
- elliptical 25 minutes
This was a solid workout. I was a little off strengh wise but still a great pump.
