Arms 1/11/2025

I was surprosed that my right elbow / tendon felt better today but I didn't push it. Here is the workout:

  • Machine dip: Five sets adding weight sets.
  • Rope pushdown : Five set progressive weight.
  • Rope OH extensions: 2 sets.
  • Standing Alt db curls: 3 sets to near failure.
  • Hammer preacher curl: 3 sets to near failure.
  • Cable curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist roller: 3 sets.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.

This felt great .. I hope I am healing.

My weight this morning was 187.9.

Total steps yesterday was 16,639.
