Arms 1/11/2025
I was surprosed that my right elbow / tendon felt better today but I didn't push it. Here is the workout:
- Machine dip: Five sets adding weight sets.
- Rope pushdown : Five set progressive weight.
- Rope OH extensions: 2 sets.
- Standing Alt db curls: 3 sets to near failure.
- Hammer preacher curl: 3 sets to near failure.
- Cable curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Wrist roller: 3 sets.
- Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 20 minutes.
This felt great .. I hope I am healing.
My weight this morning was 187.9.
Total steps yesterday was 16,639.
