Legs 1/12/2025
I recently made a dietary change by incorporating Psyllium Husk into my last meal of the day. Initially, I thought it was a good idea. However, this change turned out to be less beneficial than I had anticipated. Similar to when I added cream of rice a few months ago, I experienced severe knee pain, along with elbow pain. After removing the offending fiber, the knee and elbow pain have subsided. I can’t quite explain the reason behind this. No more of that product!
Today I texted this by doing a leg day. My focus was on range of motion and I'll add weight over the next few leg workouts. Here is the workout:
- Superset: leg extensions +. seated leg curls: 5 sets of each. I added weight and reduced reps.
- Superset: smith squats + RDL 3 sets of each. <br. data-preserve-html-node="true"
- giant set: abs + calves + adductors: 3 sets.
- elliptical 25 minutes.
This felt great. I will continue to add weight and intensity.
Weight this morning as 188 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 13,996.
