I wanted to test my right knee today so I did some heavy trap bar deadlifts. Here is the full workout:
- Trap bar deadlift: 2 sets today. ONe set of 3 at 320 and a set of 3 at 310. It felt good. I could still feel the knee so I'll push harder next time.
- Pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: True seated row + Cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: t-bar wide grip + Assisted chins: 2 sets of each to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets. The KOT was interesting .. 1st time since the injury but it was not bad.
- Elliptical for 25 minutes.
Considering it has only been a week this was great.
My weight this morning was 188.1 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 16,054.
