What a great bsck workout. This was a little more volume but I felt great. Here is the full workout:
- Trap bar deadlift: 3 sets of 305 for 5 reps.
- Pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: Cable high rows, narrow grip + Cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
- Yates Row: 3 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
- Elliptical for 20 minutes.
I walked the dogs for a litte over 2 miles after my postworkout meal.
My weight this morning was 189.3 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 16,855.
