What a great bsck workout. This was a little more volume but I felt great. Here is the full workout:

  • Trap bar deadlift: 3 sets of 305 for 5 reps.
  • Pulldowns: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Cable high rows, narrow grip + Cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Yates Row: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

I walked the dogs for a litte over 2 miles after my postworkout meal.

My weight this morning was 189.3 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 16,855.
