Today went super well. The elbow felt good. Here is the workout:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ pushdown: 3 sets set progressive weight.
  • EZ OH extensions: 2 sets.
  • Machine Dips: 1 set to failure.
  • Seated true curl: 4 sets to failure.
  • True preacher curl: 3 sets to near failure.
  • Seated curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist roller: 3 sets.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 16 minutes.

I was really happy with this workokut. It felt great.

My weight this morning was 188.2.

Total steps yesterday was 18,167.
