Today went super well. The elbow felt good. Here is the workout:
- JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ pushdown: 3 sets set progressive weight.
- EZ OH extensions: 2 sets.
- Machine Dips: 1 set to failure.
- Seated true curl: 4 sets to failure.
- True preacher curl: 3 sets to near failure.
- Seated curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Wrist roller: 3 sets.
- Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 16 minutes.
I was really happy with this workokut. It felt great.
My weight this morning was 188.2.
Total steps yesterday was 18,167.
