Legs 1/16/2026
I was really excited about the workout today. I moved more weight and my knee felt great. Here is the workout!
- Warmups: leg extensions + Seated leg curls. A couple sets of each.
- Leg press: 4 sets, assending weight.
- Leg extensions: 3 sets. I did the last one as a superset with sissy squats. <br. data-preserve-html-node="true"
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Standing leg curls: 3 sets to failre.
- giant set: abs + calves + adductors: 3 sets.
- elliptical 20 minutes.
I am excite for the next leg day .. I need to keep working on this.
Weight this morning as 188.6 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 17,582.
