Gret pump today. This back workout really hit the spot. Here is the workout:

  • Superset: DB chest supported rows + cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable high row: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated cable row (Narrow grip): 2 sets to failure.
  • Pull down: 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, KOT, Jumpping and read delts: 3 sets.
  • elliptical 25 minutes

What a solid workout. Strenght was great today.

Weight today was 189.3 lbs.

Step count yesterday was 12,926. I didn't lift yesterday.
