Arms 1/20/2026

I tried to keep the volue high for triceps and normal for bi's today. Here is the workout:

  • Rope pushdown: 5 sets set progressive weight.
  • Rope OH extensions: 5 sets.
  • Machine Dips: 3 set to failure.
  • Seated true curl: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer Strenght preacher curl: 3 sets to near failure.
  • Cable curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist roller: 3 sets.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 16 minutes.

This was good .. and the arms felt fresh.

My weight this morning was 188.6.

Total steps yesterday was 17,026.
