Legs 1/21/2026
Great leg workout today. I stated with hamsrings and finished with quads. Here is the workout!
- Warmups: leg extensions + Seated leg curls. A couple sets of each.
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- RDL: 3 sets at 275. This felt super heavy. I am a little detrained and need to work these to get the weight back up.
- Smith Squats: 3 sets .. not super heavy but it felt great.
- Superset: Leg extensions + sissy squats: 3 sets to failure. <br. data-preserve-html-node="true"
- giant set: abs + calves + adductors: 3 sets.
- elliptical 20 minutes.
I need to keep pusing the weight up over the next few weeks. I am still pleased with this one@
Weight this morning as 188.6 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 14,509.
