Excellent workout today. I will just get right to the numbers:

  • 11° incline smith press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated hammer press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Decline DB fly: 2 sets to failure.
  • Cable squeezing press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Smith OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Cable side laterals + Face pulls: 5 sets to failure.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

Yes, this felt great. I enjoyed the pump too.

My body weight this morning was 189.4

My step count yesterday was 16,638.
