Legs 1/25/2026

I woke up to a lot of snow .. but I went to the bym and did a quick workout. Here is the workout!

  • leg extensions: 2 sets, bilateral.
  • Leg Extensions: Unliteral: 5reps each side for 4 rounts.
  • Hack Squat: 3 sets. This was not to failure.
  • Seated leg cruls: 4 sets at 15 reps to failure.
  • elliptical 15 minutes.

I was trying to get back home before the roads became worse so I passed on the giant set.

Weight this morning as 190.1 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 17,520.
