Chest & Shoulders 1/27/2026

Yesterday I spent the morning digging out of the snow. It was a great workot but it felt better to be back in the gym today. Here is today's workout:

  • Incline machine press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated True press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Pec Deck: 2 sets to failure.
  • Cable squeezing press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Hammer Strength OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Cable Reverse laterals + True side laterals: 5 sets to failure.
    (I also added 5 sets of unliteral leg extensions to the superset).
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

This sure was a good workout. I had a great pump and the targert muscles felt stimulated.

My body weight this morning was 191.1

My step count yesterday was 11.380
