Today was interesting. We had more people in the gym and I had to adapt to what was available. I still finished with a great pump. Here is the workout:

  • Pulldown, wide grip: 3 sets to 1 RIR.
  • Superset: T-Bar row, chest supported + cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer high row: 3 sets to failure.
  • Low row machine: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, KOT, Jumpping and facepulls: 3 sets.
  • elliptical 25 minutes

This was great and it felt super good.

Weight today was 190.0 lbs.

Step count yesterday was 16,191. I didn't lift yesterday.
