Arms 1/29/2025

I was considering legs today but the snow shoveling for a neighbor won. I did arms. Here is the workout:

  • Machine dip / Rope Pushdowns: Alternating for 9 sets each in the 12 to 15 rep range.
  • Seated True curls / True preacher curls: Alternating for 9 sets of each in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 25 minutes.

Great pump and felt solid.

My weight this morning was 190.0.

Total steps yesterday was 18,894.
