Legs 1/30/2026

It felt good to get in a full leg workout today. Here is the workout!

  • Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • RDL: 3 sets at 275. Still feeling heavy but 3 sets of 5 felt great.
  • Leg Extensions: 3 sets to failure. Felt great.
  • Seated Leg Curls; 3 sets to failure.
  • Leg Press; 3 sets to near failure.
  • giant set: abs + calves + adductors: 3 sets.

This felt great and I am super happy with it. Now I need to stay consistent and push to increase the weights slowly.

Weight this morning as 189.8 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 13,248.
