Arms 2/11/2026

I am still not pushing the heavy weights for arms. I am keeping the rep range higher and pumping blood into the tri's. Here is the workout:

  • Rope Pushdowns: 6 sets each in the 20 rep range.
  • Machine dips: 6 sets. in the 10-12 rep range.
  • Seated True curls: 4 sets in the 10 rep range.
  • True preacher curls: 4 sets in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • Cable curls: 2 sets also in the 12 rep range.
  • sled sprints / HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.

This sure felt good but didn't take long.

My weight this morning was 188.1.

Total steps yesterday was 15,337.
