Chest & Shoulders 2/13/2026

Super workout today. Everyting felt smooth and the target fibers felt worked. Here is the full workout:

  • 11° incline cable press: 4 sets to failure.
  • 11° Include DB press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Pec Deck: 4 sets to failure.
  • Hammer Strenght OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: True side lateral + cable rev fly: 5 sets to failure.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

This felt great but my strengh was a litle off.

My body weight this morning was 186.6 pounds

My step count yesterday was 15,323.
