Back 2/14/2026

This was another good back workout. Here is the workout:

  • Chest supported DB rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Narrow grip cable high rows: 3 sets to failure + cable pullovers: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Assisted pullups 3 sets to failure & Unliteral leg extensions: alternating legs for 5 x 5 for 3 sets.
  • Superset: Yates row 3 sets to failure & unlateral Hoz leg press 3 set to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, KOT, jumping and rev cable: 3 sets.
  • elliptical 25 minutes

I really felt good today. I felt great and the back pump was excellent.

Weight today was 186.8 lbs.

Step count yesterday was 17,745.
