Arms 2/15/2026

Good arm workout today. I'll just right to the numbers:

  • Rope Pushdowns: 6 sets each in the 20 rep range.
  • Machine dips: 6 sets. in the 10 - 15 rep range.
  • Seated True curls: 4 sets in the 10 rep range.
  • True preacher curls: 4 sets in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • Seated curls: 3 sets also in the 12 rep range.
  • Sled sprints / HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.

This sure felt good but didn't take long.

My weight this morning was 187.5.

Total steps yesterday was 14,352.
