Arms 2/19/2026

I started using a bit more weight for triceps today. Here is the workout:

  • JM Press: 4 sets but not to failure. This felt great.
  • EZ Pushdowns: 4 sets near failure.
  • Machine dips: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ bar curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Hammer Strength preacher curls: + OH Tri extensions: 3 sets of each to failure.
  • Standing cable curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist roller: 3 sets.
  • Sled sprints / HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

Boy, this was the best armworkout in weeks and it felt solid.

My weight this morning was 186.7.

Total steps yesterday was 19,536.
