The arm workouts are getting better every time out. Today was great. Here is the workout:

  • JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ Pushdowns: 3 sets near failure.
  • EZ OH Extensiions: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated true curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • True preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated DB curls:.3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist roller: 3 sets.
  • Sled sprints / HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.

I will say it again, this was great. The pump was even better.

My weight this morning was 185.4.

Total steps yesterday was 13,555.
