The arm workouts are getting better every time out. Today was great. Here is the workout:
- JM Press: 3 sets to failure.
- EZ Pushdowns: 3 sets near failure.
- EZ OH Extensiions: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated true curls: 3 sets to failure.
- True preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated DB curls:.3 sets to failure.
- Wrist roller: 3 sets.
- Sled sprints / HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 20 minutes.
I will say it again, this was great. The pump was even better.
My weight this morning was 185.4.
Total steps yesterday was 13,555.
