Chest & Shoulders 2/25/2026

My sleep was much better lat night and I killed it in the gym. Here is the workout:

  • 12° incline smith press: 3 sets to failure.
  • 12° incline DB press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Decline DB fly: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable Squeezing press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Smith OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: cable side laterals + DB rev fly: 5 sets to failure.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

This was a great workout. It took just over an hour and the pump wqas great.

My body weight this morning was 185.7 pounds.

My step count yesterday was 16,090.
