Chest & Shoulders 2/25/2026
My sleep was much better lat night and I killed it in the gym. Here is the workout:
- 12° incline smith press: 3 sets to failure.
- 12° incline DB press: 3 sets to failure.
- Decline DB fly: 3 sets to failure.
- Cable Squeezing press: 2 sets to failure.
- Smith OH press: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: cable side laterals + DB rev fly: 5 sets to failure.
- Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 20 minutes.
This was a great workout. It took just over an hour and the pump wqas great.
My body weight this morning was 185.7 pounds.
My step count yesterday was 16,090.
