Back and Light Quads 2/26/2026

I donated blood yesterday and felt a little tried this morning. I still had a good one. Here is the full workout.

  • Trap bar deadlift: 2 sets of 5 300 pounds. This felt great.
  • I alternated in 3 sets of unlateral leg extension between DL sets. These were 5 reps left then right for 5 rounds each time.
  • Narrow grip cable high rows: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Yates rows + cable pullovers: 3 sets each to failure.
  • Superset: Wide grip t-bar rows + unliteral horizonal leg prsss : 2 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 25 minutes.

I was done when this warpped up. Time to recover.

My weight this morning was 185.2 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 17,013.
